Lamps remain property of Albrite Lighting Limited until paid in full.
By completing this form and consenting to the terms and conditions, I certify that I am authorized to issue purchase orders on behalf of the aforementioned company or organization.
Albrite Lighting Limited and GE Lighting Canada and all of their officers, affiliates and partners assume no liability with regard to damages however caused.
I absolve and save harmless Albrite Lighting Limited and its shareholders, employees and agents of any liabilities, including any damages resulting from negligence on behalf of any of the parties.
The 'trial period' is ninety (90) days from the date of receipt at destination, issued by the courier company.
It is your responsibility to ensure that unwanted lamps are returned to Albrite Lighting within the 90 day period to ensure that you are not billed. Waybills dated more than 90 days after the date of receipt at destination will be refused and lamps billed accordingly.

It's Simple, here's how it works:

GE PAR20 or PAR30 LED samples will be shipped prepaid to your address and will be accompanied by a prepaid return waybill. If you don't love the GE LED lights, send them back to us with the prepaid return waybill. Otherwise, you will be billed for them after 90 days.

To qualify for our GE LED lighting promotion, companies must complete the application below and provide billing information and consent to be billed for unreturned product. There are 3 product options available, with 6 LED lamps per promotional case:
